Sustainable food and consumption and the reduction of food waste have an impact on the quality of life. Food insecurity (limited or uncertain access to safe and adequate food) as well as the environmental crisis caused by climate change, affects everyone indiscriminately. What can we do about it? ActionAid Hellas, partner of the Food Wave project, on the occasion of the World Food Day has brought together three people with different backgrounds but who have something in common – love for food and attention to sustainability – to better understand the food-climate nexus and take concrete action in our daily lives.
